Visiting family inspired us to attend Portland’s Chinese Garden, a place long on our wish list. We recommend the guided tour and staying for lunch.

My mom and stepdad visited us this month. We enjoyed french cuisine, hiking, ice cream, and glow-in-the-dark mini-golf.

Emily went on a whirlwind trip with her mom and brother to France and England. Much thanks to friends Mark and Roger for hosting in Paris; and of course to the all Parisian cats extending a warm welcome with a dose of attitude.
