Deep Dish Cookie
Our book club met at The Rock, Wood Fired Kitchen at the The Streets of Tanasbourne. Certainly a lot of words to describe a restaurant. We were not impressed with the entrees, but loved the dessert. Warm, melty chocolate chip cookie in a cast iron skillet.
The literature under discussion was Snow Crash by Neal Stephenson.
