A Wednesday night date starting at the wonderful Mediterranean cuisine of Nicholas Restaurant. Then off to a lecture on the brain on love filled with musical interludes. Axons and neurotransmitters oh my!

We went to the Tigard Library to hear a performance of the Kora – an ancient 21-stringed harp from West Africa.

My friend Matt has started a hiking group. Today we went on a 6 mile hike in the drizzle on the powerline trail. Lots of ups and downs, but beautiful. My sore legs may disagree.
